CHAP. CD.— An Act *granting a Pension to James A. Sanders.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to James A. Sanders.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James A. Sanders, late a private in company K, thirty-first regiment of Illinois volunteers, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1873.
