CHAP. CCLXX.— An Act granting a Pension to Phebe Ann Elderkin. June 1, 1872. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to Phebe Ann Elderkin That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phebe Ann Elderkin, mother of Alfred Elderkin, late a private in company E, ninety-sixth regiment Illinois volunteers. Approved, June 1, 1872.
