CHAP. CCCXLI.— An Act concerning the Circuit and District Courts of the United States for the District of Kansas.June 8, 1872. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That from and after the passageTerm of circuit and district court in Kansas, to be held at Leavenworth. of this act the May term of the circuit court, and the October term of the district court, of the United States for the district of Kansas, shall be commenced and held at the city of Leavenworth, Kansas. Approved, June 8, 1872.
