CHAP. CCCXCVIII.— An Act *granting a Pension to Hary E. Foster* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to Mary E. Foster.be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. Foster, widow of James Foster, late a private in company K, sixth regiment Missouri State malitia cavalry volunteers. Approved, March 3, 1873.
