CHAP. CCCXCIV.— An Act *granting a Pension to Ellen Collins* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior Pension to Ellen Collins.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Collins, widow of Mark Collins, late a private in company B, fifty-fourth regiment Pennsylvania volunteers, from the passage of this act— Approved, March 3, 1873.
