CHAP. CCCLVIII.— An Act *for the Relief of Jesse E. Peyton.* March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury Payment to Jesse E. Peyton.be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Jesse E. Peyton, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the amount of a judgment, with costs, recovered by John E. Hopkins against said Jesse E. Peyton in the supreme court of New Jersey, on account of the use of camp-ground and buildings by the one hundred and eightieth regiment of Pennsylvania volunteers, and for fuel furnished to said regiment.
