CHAP. CCCL.— An Act fixing the Salaries of the United States Attorney and United States Marshal for the District of Nebraska.June 8, 1872. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the United States districtSalaries of the United States attorney and marshal in Nebraska, established.338FORTY-SECOND CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 350–353. 1872. attorney and United States marshal for the district of Nebraska shall, in addition to their stated fees, be paid annually by the United States two hundred dollars each, in full compensation for all extra services, said payment to be made quarterly, at the treasury of the United States.
