CHAP. CCCIX.— An Act donation condemned Cannon and cannonballs to the Wyoming County Soldiers’ Monument Association —March 3, 1873. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled,* ThatCondemned cannon, &c., to the Wyoming County Soldiers’ Monument Association. the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to deliver, if the same can be done without detriment to the government, six condemned cannon, and sixteen cannonballs, to the Wyoming County (New York) Soldiers’ Monument Association— Approved, March 3, 1873.
