CHAP. XXXI.— An Act for the Relief of Joseph P. Fyffe, Commander in the United States Navy.April 10, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the proper accounting officers of the treasury be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay Joseph P. Fyffe, commander United States Navy, the difference betweenPayment to Joseph P. Fyffe. the pay of a lieutenant and that of a lieutenant commander on the active list, from the sixteenth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, to the second of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven. Approved, April 10, 1869.
