CHAP. XXVIII.— An Act *to discontinue Sault Ste. Marie as a Port of Entry in the Superior District, and to establish Marguette in Lieu thereof.* April 10, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Port of entry Sault Ste. Marie discontinued and established at Marquette, Collector and deputy. That Sault Ste. Marie, in the district of Superior, is hereby discontinued as a port of entry, and that the port of entry for the district be, and is hereby, established at Marquette, at which place the collector of the district shall reside, and a deputy collector shall reside at Sault Ste.
Marie. Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted*, That all acts and parts of acts contraveningRepealing clause. When act takes effect. this act be, and the same are hereby, repealed. This act shall take effect from and after the tenth day of May next. Approved, April 10, 1869.
