CHAP. XXVI.— An Act for the Relief of Charles Pomeroy, late Receiver of public Moneys at Fort Dodge, Iowa.Jan. 23, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of thePayment to Charles Pomeroy. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Charles Pomeroy, late receiver of public moneys at Fort Dodge, in the State of Iowa, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the amount found to be overpaid by and due to him in the adjustment of his accounts as such receiver by the accounting officers of the treasury. Approved, January 23, 1871.
