That the proviso of an act entitled “An act to extend the time for the Little Rock and Fort Smith Railroad Company to complete the first section of twenty miles of said road,” approved April ten, eighteen hundred and sixty-nine, be, and the same hereby is, repealed. Approved, March 8, 1870.
