CHAP. XLIII.— An Act for the Relief of John Wilson.Feb. 9, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That there shall be paid to JohnPayment to John Wilson. Wilson, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three thousand dollars, for his services in superintending and directing the preparation of maps of the land States, for the use of the committee on the public lands of the House of Representatives, under a resolution of May fourth, eighteen hundred and forty-eight. Approved, February 9, 1871.
