CHAP. XLI.— An Act for the Relief of the Owners of the Brig Ocean Belle.March 31, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to theDamages to be paid to the owners of the brig Ocean Belle. owners of the brig Ocean Belle, out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two thousand nine hundred and seventy-two dollars, in full for damage to the said brig from worming while under impressment from the twelfth of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, when ordered from New Orleans to Galveston, to the fifth of September following, when discharged the service.
