CHAP. XCVII.— An Act granting a Pension to Josephine Donahue.Feb. 27, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of thePension to Josephine Donahue. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josephine Donahue, widow of George Donahue, late a private in company D, of the eleventh Massachusetts regiment, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence from and after the passage of this act, and to continue during widowhood. Approved, February 27, 1871.
