CHAP. XCIII.— An Act granting a Pension to Sarah Gillett.Feb. 27, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of thePension to Sarah Gillett. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Gillett, widow of James Gillett, late a private in company H, fourth regiment Tennessee cavalry, and to pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act, during her widowhood. Approved, February 27, 1871.
