CHAP. XCII.— An Act *in Relation to the Iowa River in the State of Iowa*. May 6, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Portion of the Iowa river in Iowa declared not navigable. That so much of the Iowa river, in the State of Iowa, as lies north of the town of Wapello, be, and the same is hereby, declared not a navigable river or public highway. Approved, May 6, 1870.
