McGruder, of Henrico County, Virginia.Dec. 22, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the UnitedLegal, &c. disabilities removed from William M. McGruder of Virginia.Vol. xv. p. 709. States of America in Congress assembled,* (two-thirds of both houses concurring,) That all legal and political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth article of amendments to the Constitution of the United States, be, and the same are hereby, removed from William M.
McGruder, of Henrico county, State of Virginia. Approved, December 22, 1870.
