CHAP. LXXXIX.— An Act granting a Pension to Thomas J. Fiss.Feb. 27, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Thomas J. Fiss. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas J. Fiss, of Freeport, Illinois, late a private in company D, forty-sixth regiment Illinois volunteers, and to pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, February 27, 1871.
