CHAP. LXV.— An Act *to repeal an Act of the Legislature of Wyoming Territory apportioning said Territory for Members of the Council and House of Representatives of the Territorial Legislature*. Feb. 21, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Apportionment act of legislature of Wyoming Ter- That the act of the legislature of the Territory of Wyoming, entitled “An act apportioning430FORTY-FIRST CONGRESS.
Sess. III. Ch. 65, 67, 68. 1871. ritory disapproved.the Territory of Wyoming into council and representative districts, and for other purposes,” be, and the same is hereby, disapproved and repealed. Next apportionment to be in what form.1868, ch.235, §4. Vol. xv. p. 179.And the next apportionment of said Territory for members of the council and house of representatives in the Territorial legislature shall be made by the governor of the Territory in the manner and form prescribed in section four of the act of Congress entitled “An act to provide a temporary government for the Territory of Wyoming,” approved July twenty-five, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight.
