CHAP. LXIII.— An Act for the Relief of Colonel Samuel W. Price, of the Twenty-First Kentucky Volunteers.April 26, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretaries of WarPayment to Colonel Samuel W. Price. and Treasury Departments be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to cause to be certified and paid to Samuel W. Price, for military service rendered as colonel of the twenty-first regiment of Kentucky volunteer infantry, from the twenty-fifth of February to the first of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, the pay and emoluments of colonel of infantry, and not to exceed the sum of one thousand and eighty-one dollars and fifty cents.
