CHAP. LVIII.— An Act to relieve C. B. Sabin, of Harris County, Texas, from legal and political Disabilities imposed by the fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.April 20, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* (two thirds of each House concurringC. B. Sabin relieved from legal, &c. disabilities.Vol. xv. p. 709. therein), That all legal and political disabilities imposed by the fourteenth amendment of the Constitution of the United States, by reason of participation in the late rebellion, be, and they are hereby, removed from the following-named person:
