CHAP. CXXX.— An Act *to regulate the Salaries of chief Justices and associate Justices in the Territories*. June 17, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Salaries of chief justices and associates in the Territories established. See *Post*, p. 813. That from and after the passage of this act the salaries of the chief justices and associate justices of the Territories of New Mexico, Washington, Wyoming, Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Idaho, Dakota, and Utah, shall be three thousand dollars each per annum. Approved, June 17, 1870.
