CHAP. CXLVII.— An Act for the Relief of Algernon S. Cadwallader, late Collector of internal Revenue and disbursing Agent fifth District, Pennsylvania.March 3, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the proper accountingAllowance to Algernon S. Cadwallader in settlement of accounts. officers of the treasury be, and they are hereby, authorized to allow to Algernon S. Cadwallader, late collector and disbursing agent of the fifth internal revenue district of Pennsylvania, the salary, commissions, and proper expenses of said office, from the twenty-eighth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, to the third day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, inclusive.
