CHAP. CXLVII.— An Act for the Relief of William H. Harman.June 21, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the TreasuryInternal revenue tax remitted to William H. Harman. is hereby authorized and directed to remit and release to William H. Harman the internal revenue tax assessed on five hundred and six gallons of whiskey of his manufacture, the same having been destroyed by fire before removal from the said distillery, and before a sale of the same. Approved, June 21, 1870.
