CHAP. CLXXXI.— An Act granting a Pension to Henry Barton.March 3, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Henry Barton. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Barton, late a private in second battalion seventy-second regiment veteran reserve corps, and to pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1871.
