CHAP. CLXXIII.— An Act granting a Pension to Sarah E. Stubbs.June 29, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Sarah E. Stubbs. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah E. Stubbs, widow of Martin D. Stubbs, late a private in company G, eleventh regiment Iowa volunteers, and to pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act during her widowhood. Approved, June 29, 1870.
