CHAP. CLXV.— An Act granting a Pension to Olive Coombs.March 3, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Olive Coombs. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Olive Coombs, step-mother of Isaac G. Shepherd, late a private in company B, second regiment of Maine volunteer infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, commencing from the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1871.
