CHAP. CLXIV.— An Act granting a Pension to Hiram R. Rhea.March 3, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Hiram R. Rhea. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hiram R. Rhea, a private in company G, of the third regiment of North Carolina mounted infantry, and to pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1871.
