CHAP. CLIX.— An Act granting a Pension to Rachel W. Huston.March 3, 1871. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Rachel W. Huston. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachel W. Huston, widow of Chancy F. Huston, late a corporal in company “G,” sixty-first Pennsylvania volunteers, from and after the passage of this act. Approved, March 3, 1871.
