CHAP. CLIV.— An Act for the Relief of William H. Murphy, of Farmington, Missouri.June 23, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Postmaster-GeneralAccount of William H. Murphy to be settled. and the proper accounting officer of the treasury be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to settle the account of William H. Murphy for carrying the United States mails twice a week on the route number ten thousand six hundred and eighty-six, in the State of Missouri, from July first, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, to April thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to pay him for the same at the rate of nine hundred dollars a year, for the whole length of route, deducting therefor pro rata compensation for any portion of the service not performed.
