CHAP. CCXVIII.— An Act granting a Pension to Francis M. Davis.July 7, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Francis M. Davis. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Francis M. Davis, late a private in company A, fifty-first regiment Indiana volunteers, and to pay him a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, July 7, 1870.
