CHAP. CCCVI.— An Act for the Relief of Rittenhouse P. Finck.July 15, 1870. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Postmaster-GeneralPayment to Rittenhouse P. Finck. be, and is hereby, instructed to pay Rittenhouse P. Finck, out of any *monies* [moneys] heretofore appropriated for the use of the Post-Office Department, the sum of three hundred dollars, in full for all claims upon the United States for services as postal agent. Approved, July 15, 1870.
