CHAP. XXIX.— An Act granting a Pension to Anne Dycher, Widow of Matthew D. Dycher. Feb. 16, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Anne Dycher. is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of Anne Dycher, widow of Matthew D. Dycher, late a sergeant in company M, first regiment New York cavalry volunteers, on the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence from the first day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to continue during her widowhood. Approved, February 16, 1869.
