CHAP. XL.— An Act for the Relief of William Grant Powers. Feb. 19, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the InteriorWilliam Grant Powers may be admitted into the hospital for the insane in the District of Columbia. be, and he is hereby, authorized to admit into the government hospital for the insane, in the District of Columbia, William Grant Powers, an insane person, son of Mrs. Eliza H. Powers, widow, an employee of the government in the Post-Office Department. Approved, February 19, 1869.
