CHAP. XCVII.— An Act granting a Pension to Julia A. Fisher. March 1, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to Julia A. Fisher. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Julia A. Fisher, widow of Martin Fisher, late corporal in company A, fifth regiment Missouri State militia cavalry, commencing twentieth September, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, March 1, 1869.
