CHAP. XCVI.— An Act granting a Pension to Marg A. Amer. March 1, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to Mary A. Amer. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. Amer, widow of John Amer, late a private in the ninety-seventh regiment of Pennsylvania volunteers, commencing October thirty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, March 1, 1869.
