CHAP. XCV.— An Act granting a Pension to Sarah A. Scherr. March 1, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Sarah A. Scherr. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the 450 FORTIETH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 96, 97, 98, 99, 100. 1869. name of Sarah A. Scherr, widow of Captain William E. Scherr, late of the twenty-sixth regiment of Pennsylvania volunteer infantry, and pay her a pension, commencing May first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, March 1, 1869.
