CHAP. XCV.— An Act granting a Pension to Hampton Thompson.June 25, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Hampton Thompson. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws,370FORTIETH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100. 1868. the name of Hampton Thompson, late a private in company G, sixty-third regiment Pennsylvania volunteers, and to pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, commencing September thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
