CHAP. XCIX.— An Act granting a Pension to Mary Ann Shurlock. March 1, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to Mary Ann Shurlock. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Mary Ann Shurlock, dependent sister of Samuel Shurlock, late of the eighty-first regiment of Pennsylvania volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month. Approved, March 1, 1869.
