CHAP. XC.— An Act granting a Pension to Allen E. Rector. March 1, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to Allen E. Rector. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name FORTIETH CONGRESS. Sess. III. Ch. 91, 92, 93, 94, 95. 1869. 449 of Allen E. Rector, late a private in company H, of the twenty-eighth regiment of Pennsylvania volunteers, and pay him a pension, commencing July eighteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, March 1, 1869.
