CHAP. LXV.— An Act granting a Pension to James A. Guthrie.June 19, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to James A. Guthrie. is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls the name of James A. Guthrie, of Iowa, who was a private in company A, sixteenth regiment Illinois volunteers, in the war with Mexico, and allow and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month from the sixth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, to continue during his natural life. Approved, June 19, 1868.
