CHAP. LXII.— An Act granting a Pension to Joseph M. Hudson. March 1, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to Joseph M. Hudson That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Joseph M. Hudson, late a private in company E, ninety-first regiment Ohio infantry volunteers, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions of the pension laws, to commence from the twenty-second day of December, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, March 1, 1869.
