CHAP. CXLVII.— An Act increasing the Pension of Nancy Weeks, Widow of Francis Weeks, an Ensign in the revolutionary War.July 13, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension of Nancy Weeks increased. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Mrs. Nancy Weeks, widow of Francis Weeks, late of the State of Georgia, and an ensign in the revolutionary war, to ten dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act, and to continue during her widowhood. Approved, July 13, 1868.
