CHAP. CXLVI.— An Act *relating to the Metropolitan Railroad Company*. March 3, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Time for the Metropolitan R. R. Co. to complete its line of street railways extended. 1864, ch.190, § 17. 1865, ch. 119, § 3.Vol. xiii. pp. 329, 536. That the Metropolitan Railroad Company, in the District of Columbia, be, and is hereby, allowed five years from and after the passage of this act for the completion of its line of street railways, authorized by the acts of July first, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and March third, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, anything contained in said acts or any other act to the contrary notwithstanding.
