CHAP. CXI.— An Act *granting a Pension to Eliza J. Rennard, Widow of William K. Rennard, deceased, late a Private in Tenth Ohio Volunteers, of* [*the*] *War of eighteen hundred and sixty-one.*June 25, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Eliza J. Rennard. be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls the name of Eliza J. Rennard, widow of William K.
Rennard, deceased, a private in tenth Ohio battery of volunteers of the war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one; and that she be paid a pension allowed a private, during her widowhood, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, to commence on the first day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-five; and in case of her death or marriage, then the pension to be paid to the minor children of said William K. Rennard, deceased, as may be under sixteen years of age, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws.
