CHAP. CV.— An Act granting a Pension to David Van Nordstrand.June 25, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to David Van Nordstrand. is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of David Van Nordstrand, late of company H, of the one hundred and twenty-seventh372FORTIETH CONGRESS. Sess. II. Ch. 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110. 1868. regiment of Indiana volunteer infantry, on the pension roll, at the rate of fifteen dollars per month, from and after the ninth day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, June 25, 1868.
