CHAP. CLXXI.— An Act granting a Pension to Ann Kelly, Widow of Bernard Kelly.July 13, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Ann Kelly. is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of Ann Kelly, widow of Bernard Kelly, late a private in company I, thirteenth New York heavy artillery volunteers, on the pension roll, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to commence on the thirteenth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to continue during her widowhood. Approved, July 13, 1868.
