CHAP. CLXVII.— An Act for the Relief of Elizabeth Barker, Widow of Alexander Barker, deceased.July 13, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPayment of pension to Elizabeth Barker. is hereby authorized and directed to allow and pay to Elizabeth Barker, widow of Alexander Barker, late a private in company F, twenty-second regiment Massachusetts volunteers, a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the thirteenth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, the date of the death of her said husband, until the seventh day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, on which date her present pension commenced.
