CHAP. CLXV.— An Act granting a Pension to Anna M. Howard.July 13, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension rolls,Pension to Anna M. Howard. subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Anna M. Howard, mother of Geo. W. Howard, late a private in company C, eleventh regiment New Jersey volunteers, and allow and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the twelfth day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to continue during her widowhood.
